The Kansas State High School Clay Target League hosted a state-wide tournament June 20-21 near Sedgwick.
The Moundridge High School Trap Team had 11 members participate in the event that featured more than 1,500 students from 110 schools over the two days.
Schools were divided into 1A and 2A based on the number of participants from each school.
June 20 was the 1A competition, which featured 840 male and female shooters from 86 different schools.
MHS was in the 1A division.
The Moundridge coaches were Tyler O’Conner and Ryan Koehn.
The Colwell family donated practice space for the team.
